ABOUT

The tech evolution is leading to a body de-evolution. We are on a mission to rebalance this effect. By bridging the gap between education and training, we want to help people thrive through movement: physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially.

FOUNDERS

FOUNDERS

Self-professed movement nerds, we started dancing in the aisles of Sesame Street Live and haven't stopped since. On our journey towards becoming professional dancers, we studied the form like scientists, observing, replicating, and experimenting.

Finding Pilates and the GYROTONIC® method, we became obsessed with movement frameworks and ways to ground our embodied experience. Through teaching, we discovered how best to unlock movement potential in others. Searching for more scientific understanding, we pursued research degrees.

Emerging from academia, we witnessed how the tech evolution was leading to a body de-evolution. Now, we are on a mission to rebalance the negative impacts of a tech-centric society and to help people thrive through movement:

physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially.
